Your body is where you live. Make it somewhere you want to be.

I help “over the hill” athletic folks get stronger than they were in their 20s, without falling into the all-or-nothing traps.

“Will was my coach for over 6 years. His passion, drive and dedication are only matched by his knowledge, ingenuity, and wit. Will’s ability to plan and execute a program is second to none. He has an uncanny ability to simplify complexity and demystify what can often seem a highly complex world. He also exhibits a level of patience that wouldn’t be out of place at a monastery”

Start where you start. Then go up.

Hi, I’m Will. I used to be a big fat guy, then I had enough of that, lost 40kg, became a competitive fitness athlete, and won a couple of national-level weightlifting competitions. I went on to open and run a gym for 10 years, where I helped a thousand or so people put their fitness lives into better order.

Now I’m bringing that coaching to a wider audience online.

I spend about 50% of my time coaching my clients, 50% of my time renovating my house, and 50% of my time raising my kids.

Sometimes, you need a steer in the right direction.

The hero of every great story often reaches a point where they can’t go any further by themselves, and they need to spend time with someone who’s walked the same road before.

Sometimes you’ve got to learn more, and sometimes you’ve just got to learn to do the things you already know.

Either way, the right coach at the right time can be what makes the difference.

“Will listens acutely to what you want to get from training and he finds an individualised and exciting way for each person to achieve their goals. He is an encyclopedia of knowledge in fitness, technique, nutrition, life, physics......every aspect you require from a coach, he has it!”
