Coaching Options
Online coaching lets me provide a more personal and more effective service to my clients than is possible in-person. There are a couple of different options depending on what you need:
One-Off Consultation
Available as either a 30min or 60min Zoom call, one-off consults are perfect for digging into your programming, nutrition or training issues and getting personalised recommendations you can start using the same day.
If you decide you want to take up ongoing coaching within 30 days of a consult, the fee is subtracted from your first month’s subscription.
Monthly Online Coaching
For folks who want to work one-to-one with me on an ongoing basis.
This is where most of my clients hang out.
Custom programming designed specifically for you, to achieve your goals, in your environment, on your schedule, with help from me never more than a button-press away!
Also includes a deep-dive, 60min call once per month to look back on how the previous months training went, and make plans for the coming month.
No contracts or messing.
Intensive Online Coaching
Everything in the monthly package, with much more intense focus. More frequent face-to-face calls, and additional coaching on nutrition habits, sleep and lifestyle factors.
If you NEED results yesterday, and you’re ready to go all-in, this is as fast you can make things happen.
This is a 6-week training block. It’s expensive, and I’ll try really hard to convince you not to do it unless you’re 100% going for it.
